Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth running of our clinic and to be fair to all clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will offer you a 50% discount on your next session.
